As part of our “Conflict Prevention & Resolution Training Series,” Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “DISC PROFILES FOR A HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORKPLACE” with Arliss Dudley-Cash. This workshop equips participants with the tools to understand diverse behavioral styles using the DISC model—enhancing communication, reducing conflict, and strengthening team culture. Key learning outcomes: identify individual DISC profiles; adapt communication to different behavioral styles; strengthen team trust and collaboration; improve conflict resolution and productivity; and apply DISC in daily leadership and teamwork situations.
