As part of our “Conflict Prevention & Resolution Training Series,” Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “MEETINGS THAT WORK: FACILITATION & MEETING EFFECTIVENESS” with Eric Smith and Athena Lou. This training provides fundamental meeting management skills, tools, and road maps. Walk away with confidence in designing, preparing, and conducting great meetings. Key takeaways include: strengthened skills in meeting management and group process efforts; more clarity and skill in managing the process, people, issues, and agendas; components of a great meeting; and roles of the facilitator, recorder, timekeeper, and participants.
