As part of our “Conflict Prevention & Resolution Training Series,” Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “HER VOICE, HER POWER: RECLAIMING PERSONAL SOVEREIGNTY IN CONFLICT” with Shelby K. Morrison. An empowerment workshop for women ready to stop shrinking and start speaking their truth personally and professionally–especially when conflict strikes. Key takeaways from this training include: a deep understanding of why women hold back and what it’s costing us, practical tools to help you express boundaries and needs, a felt sense of personal agency, and the value of sisterhood on this journey of reclamation.
