As part of our “Collaboration, Teamwork, and Leadership” Training Series, Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “WINNING-EDGE LEADERSHIP FOR WOMEN” with Sylvia Dolena. How do women learn to maneuver and succeed when advancing up the leadership ladder, especially given the additional obstacles we must overcome? Learn to access your innate talents and develop new skills for stepping powerfully into leadership!
In this workshop, you will explore:
- Why women have difficulty promoting ourselves and talking about our accomplishments
- Why men’s gut instincts are often respected, while women’s intuitions are often discounted
- How women can empower ourselves despite biased mindsets in the workplace
