As part of our “Collaboration, Teamwork, and Leadership” Training Series, Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “BOUNDLESS COLLABORATION: CONVERSATION + CONTRIBUTION + TEAMWORK = INNOVATION” with Sylvia Dolena. In this one-day workshop, practice a high-performance collaboration process that can be used in large complex projects as well as in small groups. Learn key principles that lead to successful results while valuing the contributions of each person.
Develop skills and tools for successful collaboration in order to:
- Gain alignment on shared purpose and outcomes—great achievement demands being true to purpose.
- Choose from four methods of decision-making—appropriate to each situation.
- Value contributions through brainstorming and idea building—for maximum contribution of each member.
