As part of our “Collaboration, Teamwork, and Leadership” Training Series, Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMS” with Sylvia Dolena. Team building for a virtual or face to face environment is critical for any organization in a tough economy. Explore 12 principles of building a high performing team to deliver results as a cohesive group, especially when coming from different backgrounds or departments.
This training will benefit:
- Working teams who attend as a group
- Managers of teams that need to perform better
- Supervisors of new teams who need training
