MASTERING THE ‘GAME’ OF CHANGE

As part of our “Collaboration, Teamwork, and Leadership” Training Series, Ku’ikahi Mediation Center presents the IN-PERSON workshop “MASTERING THE ‘GAME’ OF CHANGE” with Sylvia Dolena. What if there is a way to bring about change by understanding all of the components involved in the change? For this full-day training, we use the analogy of a chess game to create positive change in 6 steps, to enable paradigm shifts to exceed/expand outcomes.
In this workshop, learn change strategies to:
- Name the game
- Claim the outcome
- Know the players
- Win the game
- Change the game
- Create a new game
