As part of our "Social Competence & Communication Training Series," Ku'ikahi Mediation Center presents BRILLIANT BYSTANDER TRAINING. Facilitated by Kimberly Dark, this 1/2-day training takes place via Zoom. By learning the skills of the "brilliant bystander," you can re-route conflict into useful discussion, restore fairness in power conflicts, and encourage others to participate.
